At Best in the West Driving School, we greatly appreciate your trust in our services. To maintain smooth operations and ensure fair treatment for all our clients, we’ve put in place the following cancellation policy.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Please notify our office or your assigned instructor promptly in case of any changes. If adequate notice is not provided, a cancellation fee may apply.
For those who have pre-paid for lessons, please be aware that Best in the West Driving School reserves the right to deduct the full lesson amount from your pre-paid package in the event of a cancellation.
All pre-paid package deals and driving tests are non-refundable. Additionally, package deals will expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
If you arrive late for a lesson, the instructor will only be able to offer the remaining lesson time at the full cost, provided there is no booking immediately following yours. A complete no-show without prior notice will result in the full lesson cost being charged.
In the event that you book your own test through the Department of Transport and provide incorrect details (date, time, or location) to our office, you will be held liable for the full cost of the test, and no refund will be issued.
Should you need to cancel a test, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. In such cases, 50% of the payment will be non-refundable to cover administrative costs.
Lessons purchased under your name cannot be sold or transferred to another individual. However, package deals may be split among family members.
Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the office manager and will be returned via the original payment method (credit card or cash). Please note that the refund process may take up to 30 days.
Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with the final decision resting with the office manager. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
